How is the food service on board?

We have three special diet menus on our transatlantic flights only (flights to and from Madrid, Barcelona and London): baby meals, children's meals and vegetarian meals. You can book these through our Contact Center. If you have other dietary restrictions, we recommend that you bring your own food to be served on board.

For severe allergies to nuts such as peanuts, walnuts, peanuts, almonds or other foods, we recommend that you take your medicine with you.

  • The special meal service will be exclusive for the routes: Bogotá-Madrid-Bogotá, Medellín-Madrid-Medellín, Cali-Madrid-Cali, Bogotá-Barcelona-Bogotá, Bogotá-London-Bogotá, for the rest of the routes we recommend you to bring your own food.
  • Menus for special diets are free of charge and must be requested no later than 24 hours before departure.

  • For other flights we have an onboard sales menu, which has a variety of products for you to choose from.
  • If you have a special diet, we offer the option of bringing your own food to be served on board. It should be light and pre-packaged.
