Travel responsibly
Do not show up for your flight if you are awaiting a COVID-19 test result, if you are a positive case or if you have respiratory symptoms. Arrive at the airport with your documentation ready. There will no longer be a temperature check at the airport, so it will not be necessary to take your temperature at check-in or when boarding the plane.
 |
- Mask: use it during the whole trip and change it every 8 hours.
- In-flight announcements: they will inform you about biosecurity measures and requirements to be met during the flight.
- Air filters: our aircraft have HEPA filters that capture 99.97% of airborne particles and cool the cabin. These filters perform similarly to hospital operating rooms or industrial clean rooms. In addition, the cabin air system delivers approximately 50% outside air and 50% filtered and recirculated air, meaning that the air supplied is essentially sterile.
- Crews: our personnel on board wear face masks, gloves and other personal protective equipment. They are also prepared to act according to established safety protocols. Follow all their recommendations.
- Social distancing: the crews must keep the required distance so they will not be able to help you with your luggage.
- Disinfecting towels: Disinfecting towels will be available on some flights.
- In-flight service: available only on some flights where food and beverages will be served in individual packages.
- In-flightentertainment: bring entertainment and comfort material on board. Blankets will only be available on flights to Europe and night flights over 5 hours. The entertainment system will be on (use it with your own headphones) on flights longer than 3 hours. On all other flights there will be no pillows, blankets or other items and the entertainment system will not be available.
Fly safe
Our aircraft are being fully disinfected so that you can fly with greater peace of mind. When you board the plane, we recommend that you find your seat early and do not change seats during the flight. Avoid talking.
