Where can I check the balance of my Avianca UATP Card?

Your Avianca UATP Card will be issued for the full value of the ticket you were unable to use. Remember that non-refundable taxes and fees may be deducted.

Where can you see the balance on your card?

1. Go to avianca.com in the MyAvianca section and register, activate it and log in to view your Avianca UATP Card(s).

2. Click on My Profile

3. Visit the My Wallet option and check your card.

Please note:

The Avianca UATP Card is not redeemable for cash.
