What happens when my luggage is oversized or overweight?

Our priority is for you to travel in comfort and have the best experience before, during and after your flight. When your baggage exceeds the suggested dimensions and weight, you will be charged an additional "overweight" and "oversize" fee for your baggage to be transported. This charge will apply to all bags that are over the standard dimensions.

We inform you about the conditions and rates for this type of baggage:

Tips and recommendations for smooth travel:

When checking in your baggage When collecting your baggage If you have connecting flights
  • Arrive at the airport well in advance of your flight to check in your luggage.
  • Remove the labels from previous flights and mark your luggage with the identification sticker. Remember to put your full personal details. You can request it at the check-in line.
  • Check that the number of passwords corresponds to the number of bags delivered and keep them until they are requested at your destination.
